#1 Introduction

     For second project of a subject Building Surveying Studio 4 (RBS306), our group consist of 6 members, were given a task for maintenance management with a case study in stadium category. Our group have chosen Penang City Stadium as our case study.

The objectives for the task are to discuss and elaborate:

1. Maintenance management & task organizational chart
2. Type of maintenance & maintenance activity
3. Administration of contracting works and documentation
4. Building maintenance report & budget
5. Health & safety aspects of workers/ contractors in maintenance works (OSHA) 

     The result shall include procurement for both in-houses' and outsources'. This blog will be updated every week until submission date of 21^st March 2016.
