We had carried out interview session with Mr. Zawawi who is the supervisor for all activities for Penang City Stadium and get some detail information on that building which included its budget on maintenance per annum, types of maintenance operated and building floor plan. On the other hand, we had carried out site visitation, inspecting the building defects based on our observation and experience which were recorded.
However, there are some other requirements such as labour working schedules and organizational chart that we need to wait since person in charge, Mr. Sharif who is the CC of Penang City Stadium was not here at the moment.
